CSD SERIES SPINDRIVE
E.C.S. has created a line of converters called ECS SPINDRIVE, that include drives with analogue reference, with digital reference and asynchronous induction motors.
The powers range available is from 7,5KW to 18KW, in S1, and is therefore able to fulfil a wide range of applications both in the Machine Tool field (spindle) and in general automation.
The drives with analogue reference and with digital reference use SMT technology, meaning that they have compact and highly reliable electronic subassemblies.
The CSD series SPINDRIVE line includes regenerative drives (with braking energy recovery by mains supply) and not regenerative drives (with braking energy recovery by resistance).
Simulation incremental encoder (optional)
Definition, using the appropriate SW PC / CNC, a large set of parameters including:
• Speed Loop Proportional Gain (for each range)
• gain additional speed loop (for each range)
• Filter out the speed controller
• limit the peak current (lp)
• change of scale
• Gearbox
